• Orders take 7 to 10 business days for delivery.
• Upon delivery, the courier will wait while the customer checks the product.
• If there is an issue with the product upon delivery, it can be returned immediately with the courier, and the customer covers the shipping fee.
• If the product is received and an issue is found, an exchange is allowed on the same day of receipt only, with the customer covering the shipping costs.
• The customer must contact us on the same day of receipt to request an exchange.
• The customer is responsible for covering the shipping cost again when exchanging the product.
